Our Story

Vampire Penguin was started in California by two ambitious brothers, Paolo and Leo. Currently, there are over 20 locations nationwide and we are the first VP in Arizona. We are bringing the wonder that is known as Vampire Penguin right to our hometown of Peoria! 

We are mobile and setting up at various events in The Valley so please visit the events section on our website for our schedule.  We are Ozzie and Lisa Ledesma, we are a veteran and woman owned and operated small business from Peoria that is making snow in The Valley all year long. Once you try just one of our desserts you will want to try them all. YES! They are that good! We collaborate with other small businesses in the area to bring you the best and freshest desserts in Peoria!
